Refund policy

APPAREL

We have a 14-day return policy on Apparel, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WELLNESS/SUPPLEMENTS

1. Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

  • Customers must report issues within 30 days of receiving their order, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages.

  • Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  • Once approved, we’ll issue either a replacement (sent within 3 business days) or a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Exceptions (Exclusions from Refund/Replacement)

Refunds or replacements are not available in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided or unclaimed parcels (reshipment costs apply)

  • Changed minds ("Buyer’s Remorse") outside of the EU cooling-off period

  • Customs refusals or duties not paid by the customer

  • Cancellations after production or fulfillment has begun

  • Discontinued or long out-of-stock products

  • Delivery failures due to recipient unavailability or non-compliance with the carrier

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (or as store credit if applicable).

  • Refunds typically process within a few business days, but bank or card processing times may vary.

  • If your refund does not appear, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us if the issue is not resolved.

4. EU Cooling-Off Period

  • Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires.

  • Please note: the right to cancel remains valid only if the customer accepts delivery of the order. Refusing delivery may void this right.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

6. Additional Notes

  • Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs charges.
